The University of Kansas Health System in Liberty, MO is seeking a Hot Food Cook to prepare meals for patients, guests, and Meals on Wheels, following therapeutic diets and standardized recipes in a dynamic hospital setting.
This full-time, variable-shift position requires 1+ year of cooking experience and knowledge of HACCP, FIFO, and food safety practices. Clay County Food Handler permit or ServSafe certification within 30 days is preferred.

The Hot Food Cook is responsible for cooking a variety of menu items for patients, guests and Meals on Wheels participants following therapeutic diet orders, standardized recipes and food production schedules.
Must be able to perform the professional, clinical and or technical competencies of the assigned unit or department. 1 or more years of cooking experience.
