Qualifications

• Kitchen Team Member / Kitchen Experience: 1 year (Required).
• NYC Food Handlers Card (Preferred).
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; lift up to 50 pounds; work in hot to cold environments.

Responsibilities

• Coach and train team members on hot food preparation and standards.
• Ensure hot food is prepared and displayed per planograms and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, health and safety compliance.
• Operate and maintain hot food equipment and report issues.
• Maximize hot food sales and manage stock.
