Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years' managerial experience in manufacturing.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong computer and data analysis skills.
• Ability to interact with all organizational levels effectively.
• Proven leadership with results-oriented focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide safety leadership for the Hot End and drive daily safety activities.
• Lead the Hot End organization in glassmaking and waste elimination.
• Maintain strong union relations and focus on site goals.
• Review manufacturing metrics and develop plans to reduce losses.
• Support ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 audits and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate capital projects and training plans with other managers.
