The role requires flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays with a starting rate of $14.51 per hour plus tips. Join a team focused on hospitality, guest satisfaction, and memorable experiences.

Qualifications

• Communicates professionally with guests and team members to ensure a seamless experience.
• Stays organized while coordinating reservations, waitlists, and seating flow.
• Brings previous resort or hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and professional greeting as they arrive.
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating assignments for a smooth guest experience.
• Answer calls and maintain reservation records using the reservation system.
• Coordinate special requests, celebrations, and VIP accommodations with leadership.
• Maintain knowledge of daily reservations, lounge capacity, and hours of operation.
• Communicate guest needs and table status with servers, bartenders, and management.
• Engage with guests waiting to be seated and provide updates.
• Keep menus current, clean, and presentation-ready.
• Maintain a clean, inviting host stand and entrance area.
• Support front-of-house to ensure seamless service at the lounge.
