Eight75 at Beau Rivage Resort & Casino, part of MGM Resorts International, seeks a Hostperson to welcome guests with warmth and energy, manage reservations, and create a seamless arrival experience for an elevated lounge environment.

You will coordinate seating, assist with VIP requests, and collaborate with servers and leadership to ensure a memorable visit, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Compensation includes hourly pay plus tips.

Qualifications

• Front-of-house hospitality experience is preferred.
• Ability to manage reservations and seating effectively.
• Professional communication with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally on arrival.
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating with accuracy.
• Answer calls and maintain reservation records in the system.
• Coordinate special requests and VIP accommodations with leadership.
• Stay knowledgeable about reservations, lounge capacity, and events.
• Communicate guest needs and table status with servers and management.
• Keep host stand and entrance area clean and organized.
• Support front-of-house team to ensure seamless service.
