THE JOB: As a Hostperson for Lemongrass at Aria, you welcome guests in a modern, high-energy Thai dining setting and ensure a flawless entry experience, coordinating with the service team to seat guests smoothly.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: 21+ years old, 2+ years in a fine-dining host role preferred, knowledge of Thai or Southeast Asian cuisines is a plus. This is a part-time position with great wellness and dining benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of prior relevant experience as a Hostperson in a fine-dining restaurant or similar environment.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Knowledge of Thai and/or Southeast Asian cuisines preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly as they enter the restaurant.
• Answer phones, keep accurate count of reservations and handle reservation book.
• Communicate the needs of the guests to the kitchen and management, inform management of guest reactions and comments.
• Frequently check back with guests who are waiting to be seated; ensure they feel attended to.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas.

You will ensure the flawless flow of our vibrant dining room from the very first greeting, maintaining a pristine, meticulously organized entryway that reflects the sophisticated luxury of our resort.
