TumbleweedTex Mex Grill & Margarita Bar is seeking a friendly Host to welcome guests and coordinate seating in our busy restaurant. Youll be the first touchpoint for guests, introducing promotions and directing them to dining or bar areas with a smile and efficiency.

Youll support the team by managing wait times, communicating with servers, and ensuring a safe, clean dining environment in line with our high standards of service.

Responsabilités

• Greet incoming and departing guests.
• Escort guests to assigned dining area and present menus.
• Seat guests in either the bar or dining area depending on their preference.
• Inform guests of current promotions and who will be serving them.
• Screen incoming calls to the restaurant.
• Manage the flow of guests into the dining and bar areas.
• Provide accurate wait times to incoming guests.
• Attend to guests' needs and requests.
• Observe needs throughout dining to ensure high quality service.
• Adhere to sanitation, safety and alcohol control policies.
• Assist setting/clearing tables and serving beverages.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet incoming and departing guests
• Escort guests to assigned dining area and presentmenus
• Seat guests in either the bar or dining areadepending on their preference

• Screen incoming calls to the restaurant
• Manage the flow of guests into the dining and barareas

• Tend to guests’ needs and requests
• Observe needs throughout dining experience toensure guests receive high quality service
• Protect establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety and alcohol control policies
• Assist in the dining room by setting/clearingtables and serving beverages
• Maintain Tumbleweed uniform standards
• Performs other duties as assigned
