Job Summary

The Host Staff is responsible for greeting Members and guests, seating them, and providing the Three Steps of Service to ensure a positive club experience. They also maintain an orderly work area and support other staff roles as needed.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Maintain high service standards as outlined in the F&B Service training program.
• Greet Members by name promptly and courteously, providing a warm welcome.
• Engage with Members and guests in a friendly, professional manner, focusing on their needs and remaining calm under pressure.
• Close out the podium at the end of each shift, keeping it organized.
• Complete daily assignments and side work to meet club standards.
• Report and assist with resolving Member/Guest complaints promptly.
• Assist with last-minute requests and changes professionally.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the service industry preferred.
• Experience with telephone systems is a plus.
• Ability to handle confidential Member information responsibly.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• High school diploma preferred.
