Job summary

Southern Tier in the Cleveland area is seeking a friendly Host to welcome guests and guide seating in the taproom. You will greet guests, manage the waiting list, answer phones, and help with retail merchandise in a fast-paced environment.

As the face of the brand, you’ll ensure a warm, efficient guest experience, support team members, restock the retail space, and maintain a clean, welcoming dining area while learning more about our beer offerings.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old (17 allowed in certain counties).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 pounds.
• Comfort discussing products with guests in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and seat them per rotation in the taproom.
• Answer the telephone and manage the waitlist using Tables maintenance tech.
• Assist guests with merchandise and restock the retail space.
• Maintain cleanliness of the host area, dining area, and merchandise area.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experience.
