Job summary

Jamul Casino Resort in Jamul, CA is seeking a guest-focused team member to provide friendly, fast, and helpful service to guests and staff. The role includes maintaining a clean retail area and staying informed about merchandise features and promotions.

You will support the Hotel Resort Host team, follow inventory procedures, and uphold Jamul Casino Guest Service standards while performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One (1) year of experience in retail and/or guest service preferred.
• Must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local regulations.
• Ability to earn and maintain a Gaming License.
• Ability to earn and maintain TiPS certification.
• Ability to earn and maintain RBS certification within 30 days of employment.

• Uphold the standards of the Jamul Casino Guest Service Program in all internal and external guest interactions.
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
