Job summary

Jamul-Casino in Jamul, CA is seeking a Guest Service/ Retail Associate to provide friendly, fast, and helpful service to guests and team members. You will maintain a neat shop, know merchandise benefits, and assist with inventory control to ensure a positive guest experience.

The role supports hotel-host duties and adheres to the Jamul Casino Guest Service standards, with additional duties as assigned. Requires licensure readiness and relevant certifications as noted.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of experience in retail and/or guest service preferred.
• Must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local regulations.
• Ability to earn and maintain a Gaming License.
• Ability to earn and maintain TiPS certification.
• Ability to earn and maintain RBS certification within 30 days of employment.

• Follow inventory control procedures and ensure accurate product tracking.
• Maintain current knowledge of Jamul Casino Resort amenities, events, and promotions to provide personalized guest service.
• Support the Hotel Resort Host team by covering breaks, PTO, or shifts when needed (after completing training for Host duties).
• Uphold the standards of the Jamul Casino Guest Service Program in all internal and external guest interactions.
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
