Davidson Hospitality Group is seeking a dedicated Steward to uphold cleanliness and efficiency in our culinary operations at Grand Bohemian Mountain Brook. You will support the culinary team by washing dishes, maintaining a clean kitchen, and assisting with food prep as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Steward or in a similar role preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Ability to lift 25+ pounds and stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment to support the culinary team.
• Keep the kitchen and dishwashing area clean and organized.
• Assist with food preparation and plating as needed.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of food and supplies.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
