Host Person Zen Kitchen (On Call) - Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas (Finance)

As a Restaurant Hostperson, you will be responsible for welcoming guests and escorting them to their seats, ensuring an outstanding guest experience and supporting the hotel's financial goals. Your key responsibilities include:

  1. Welcoming guests and understanding their dining needs
  2. Seating guests and managing the seating chart
  3. Monitoring restaurant activity to optimize seating and dining flow
  4. Performing opening and closing duties as needed
  5. Assisting with side work such as cleaning, stocking, and folding silverware
  6. Maintaining knowledge of the menu
  7. Responding to guest inquiries promptly and courteously
  8. Supporting fellow team members and other departments to foster positive working relationships
