Position Overview

As a Restaurant Hostperson, you will be responsible for welcoming guests and escorting them to their seats, ensuring an outstanding guest experience and supporting the hotel's financial goals. Your duties will include:

  1. Greeting guests and understanding their dining needs
  2. Seating guests and managing the seating chart efficiently
  3. Monitoring restaurant activity to optimize seating and flow
  4. Performing opening and closing duties as required
  5. Assisting with side work such as cleaning, stocking, and silverware folding
  6. Maintaining knowledge of the menu to assist guests
  7. Responding promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests
  8. Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations
