Job summary

The Citizen Hotel, Autograph Collection in Sacramento, CA seeks an energetic Host to welcome guests and guide them to tables, creating a VIP dining experience. You’ll collaborate with servers to deliver friendly, attentive service and assist the cashier with payments and tips.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, seat them promptly, and ensure a welcoming dining atmosphere.
• Assist servers to deliver smooth service and coordinate with the cashier on payments and tips.

• Collaborate with team to uphold safety and service standards throughout shifts.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or relevant hotel/field experience preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills required.
• Demonstrated initiative and ability to meet deadlines consistently.
• Ability to assimilate and analyze complex information from various sources and adapt as needed.
• Competence in understanding financial data and performing basic arithmetic functions.
