Medical City Mental Health & Wellness Center Frisco is seeking a Host/Hostess to deliver meals and support patient nourishment needs. You will work closely with nursing to ensure accurate meal delivery and respond to patient requests with professionalism.
In this role you will maintain meal accuracy, stock nourishments and menus, document services performed and participate in service recovery as needed. A Food Handlers Permit is required within 30 days of starting.
The Host/Hostess performs delivery of meals, snacks, and unit floor stock. Works closely with nursing to ensure proper delivery of dietary trays.
Provides customer service to patients by delivering meals and taking special requests.
Communicates effectively and responds to requests in a timely manner.
Checks patients’ meals for accuracy and stocks nursing units with nourishments and menus.
Provides service recovery as needed.
Maintains documentation of completed services and actions taken.
