Paradies Lagardère is seeking a friendly Host at DEN Airport - Bar Dough. This part-time role supports seating guests, coordinating with servers, and handling to-go orders in a fast-paced airport environment.

You will create a welcoming first impression, manage wait times, and uphold safety and sanitation standards while delivering a high-quality guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate wait time and monitor waiting lists.
• Use knowledge of menu to answer guest questions.
• Coordinate with Front of House staff regarding available seating.
• Seat guests, ensuring proper server rotation is maintained.
• Process to-go orders quickly and efficiently in the POS system, handling cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately.
• Maintain store appearance with respect to merchandising and maintenance standards.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines; comply with all applicable laws.
• Respond to customer concerns appropriately.
• Ensure a clean, sanitized, and well-stocked host stand.
• Assist servers and food runners as needed, including maneuvering heavy trays of food.
• Create and deliver first-class experiences for travelers across our brands.
