Heyday Houston is seeking a Host/Marketing Assistant for a hybrid, client-facing role that blends front-of-house duties with hands-on marketing support. You will welcome clients, manage check-ins, rebooking, and retail transactions while assisting the local marketing efforts.

This role is ideal for a marketing student or early-career marketer interested in social media, content creation, influencer marketing, and events, under the guidance of the Marketing Coordinator.

Qualifications

• Ideal for a current marketing student or someone early in their marketing career.
• Previous hospitality, retail, beauty, social media, content creation, or marketing experience is a plus.
• Comfortable taking photos and capturing short-form video content.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, welcoming client experience and manage check-in/check-out.
• Educate clients on Heyday services, memberships and promotions; make product recommendations.
• Support Skin Therapists and front-of-house team throughout the client journey.
• Assist Marketing Coordinator with local campaigns and content creation.
• Capture photos and short-form video for social media and events.
• Assist with influencer appointments, events, and partnerships.
• Help with local events, pop-ups, and community activations.
