Qualifications

• Lift and carry up to 20 lbs (menus, high chairs, booster seats).
• Reach, bend, and stoop occasionally.
• Clear verbal communication with guests in a busy environment.
• Remain calm and composed while multitasking in a fast-paced setting.

As a Host, you will be responsible for greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience. • Provide accurate wait times and assist guests with any questions or requests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host station, including managing menus and promotional materials
• Collaborate with servers and other team members to coordinate seating and manage guest flowHandle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency
