Host/maître d’ -

As the first point of contact for our guests, this individual sets the tone for an exquisite dining experience.

Who You Are:

You're personable, outgoing, resourceful, and capable of handling large groups in a busy atmosphere. You possess strong leadership skills, maintain grace under pressure, and pride yourself on impeccable attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain accurate reservation logs using booking systems such as OpenTable.
  2. Manage reservations, walk-ins, and waitlists to optimize table turnover without compromising service quality.
  3. Escort guests to tables and present menus with finesse.
  4. Provide feedback to management regarding guest trends, staff performance, and opportunities for improvement.
  5. Communicate effectively to keep guests and staff informed.
  6. Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
