This position involves host activities within the restaurant, with primary responsibility for ensuring exceptional service by creating memorable guest experiences with pride, passion, and heart.

Job Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming phone calls professionally and take reservations using appropriate etiquette.
• Provide positive guest recognition and relations through personal performance and familiarity with guest history, including regular patrons and VIP guests.
• Greet guests promptly and escort them to their tables.
• Perform reservation confirmations.
• Monitor restaurant flow, including table turnover, guest arrivals and departures, and overall pace.
