Job summary

The Sicilian Butcher is seeking a Host/Hostess to welcome guests and serve as the face of the restaurant in Dallas. You will manage the waitlist, take reservations, and coordinate seating with the team to maintain a smooth dining room flow.

You are friendly, organized, and capable of creating a positive first impression in a lively environment. Qualifications include a current food handlers card, relevant experience, punctuality, and a team-player attitude.

• Must have experience, a positive attitude, be punctual and be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they enter and manage seating arrangements.
• Manage the waiting list and reservations to keep flow smooth.
• Provide guests with menus and answer initial questions.
• Seat guests at tables or in waiting areas as needed.
• Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service.
• Handle complaints and help resolve issues quickly.
• Answer phones, take reservations, and provide information.
