Job summary

EP!C seeks a coordinator to recruit and onboard contracted Host Home Providers in Peoria, IL. You will build relationships with community organizations, verify qualifications, and maintain a vibrant waiting list aligned with program standards.

The position requires mandated reporting, HIPAA compliance, and accurate, on-time documentation. Base pay ranges from $48,000 to $53,000 annually, with opportunities for training, supervision, and professional growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• At least one year of experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred
• Knowledge of Illinois CILA regulations, Medicaid Waiver programs, and person-centered planning

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment and onboarding of contracted Host Home Providers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations to recruit providers.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality requirements.
• Complete mandatory documentation accurately, honestly, and on time.
• Need to complete all required training within 120 days of initial employment and stay in compliance with all the required annual training refreshers.
• Recruit and ready new contracted Host Home Providers: Evaluate candidates to determine eligibility; Interviewing candidates; Verifying references; Analyzing responses; Verify site will pass inspections and expectations.
• Aiding in the completion of inspections (Office of State Fire Marshal and DHS).
• Completing all required onboarding paperwork.
• Training (ADSP and EP!C Host Home).
• Aiding in the completion of inspections (OSFM and DHS) for new or altered Host Home sites.
• Builds applicant sources by researching and engaging with community entities to grow visibility and interest in the Host Home program.
• Ensure that the Host Home Program increases its revenue base in accordance with the Business Plan approved by the CEO and the EP!C Board of Directors.
• Coordinating with Marketing Department to develop and maintain an inventory of approved marketing materials.
