As a provider, you will ensure individuals receive the necessary physical and emotional support for a high-quality life. A high school diploma and previous experience as a Direct Support Professional are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Previous experience as a Direct Support Professional is required.
• Must complete required trainings through Community Options.
• Must be open to supervisory visits at home.

• Provide a safe and comfortable home for individuals with disabilities.
• Ensure the basic physical and emotional needs of the individuals are met.
• Establish a supportive and genuine relationship with individuals.
