At Chrysalis Host Home, we are seeking families to open their homes to individuals with disabilities. This role focuses on children and adults with intellectual disabilities by providing a loving and nurturing family environment. As a Host Home Provider, you will work from home, caring for a person with disabilities. This position is suitable for any family structure that enjoys caring for others. We require families to provide a safe, clean environment, and to build rapport, support, and advocate for the individual.

Host Home is a contracted position with monthly payments based on the individual's care level, including:

• Room and Board payment
• Daily rate for each day the individual is in your care

Pay ranges from $28,000 to $55,000 per year.

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age
• Able to pass a background check
• Able to pass a Motor Vehicle Report
• Available bedroom in your home
• Must complete all company trainings
