At Chrysalis Host Home, we are seeking families to open their homes to individuals with disabilities. Our Host Home services focus on children and adults with intellectual disabilities, providing them with a loving and nurturing family environment. As a Host Home Provider, you will have the opportunity to work from home while caring for a person with disabilities. This position is ideal for any family structure that enjoys caring for others. We are looking for families who can offer a safe, clean environment and are capable of building rapport, providing support, and advocating for individuals with disabilities.

Host Home is a contracted position. Monthly payments are determined based on the level of care needed for the individual and include:

• Room and Board payment
• Daily rate for each day the individual is in your care

Pay ranges from $28,000 to $55,000 per year.

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age
• Able to pass a background check
• Able to pass a Motor Vehicle Report
• Available bedroom in your home
• Must complete all company trainings
