Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of related experience for High School Diploma/GED.
• Three years related experience with an Associate's Degree.
• One year related experience with a Bachelor's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Oversee specified Host Homes in Eastern Iowa service area.
• Act as the main contact for interdisciplinary team members.
• Facilitate interviews and evaluations for independent providers.
