Qualifications

• 18 years old or older.
• Documentation of home ownership: current mortgage statement or renter’s lease.
• Proof of homeowner’s or renter’s insurance.
• Ability to pass criminal background and registry checks.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with disabilities in a home setting.
• Assist with transportation and scheduling activities.
• Complete daily documentation of services.

Education

HS Diploma/GED preferred

Valid Driver’s License
