QUALITYITALIAN

is seeking experienced Full and Part Time Hosts to join our team!

Position Summary:

A Host is the warm, friendly face that immediately greets guests at the door and seats guests in a professional and prompt manner. Excellent organizational and communication skills, along with the ability to think and act quickly while maintaining composure, are essential.

Position Requirements:
  1. At least 2 years of relevant experience in a reputable fine dining restaurant.
  2. Proficiency with reservation systems such as OpenTable or Resy.
  3. Excellent communication skills and the ability to listen and connect with guests.
  4. Professional and polished appearance.
  5. Food and wine knowledge.
  6. Comfortable and skilled at describing menu items when guests inquire.
  7. Ability to carry multiple beverages on trays when moving guests from bar to table.
  8. Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with professionalism and poise.
  9. Position involves standing and walking during the entire shift.
  10. Answering inquiries over the phone and in person.
