Rezdôra

Rezdôra is a NY Times 3-Star and Michelin Star Italian Restaurant dedicated to the food & hospitality of the Emilia Romagna region in Italy. Founded by CIA graduate chef Stefano Secchi and entrepreneur David Switzer, the restaurant reflects authentic Italian cuisine. Mr. Secchi’s father is from Italy, and he has worked and cooked in Italy for 3 years, including at Osteria Francescana, All’Enoteca, and Hosteria Giusti, based in Modena, Emilia Romagna, and Canale, Piemonte respectively.

Our ideal candidate is a dynamic and energetic host who is dedicated to the hospitality industry and eager to build a career in fine dining. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  1. Greeting guests warmly and promptly at the door
  2. Managing the wait list and assisting during dinner service
  3. Participating in service activities such as clearing tables, running food, and taking cocktail orders
  4. Maintaining cleanliness and acting as a liaison between FOH and BOH
  5. Experience with Resy and enthusiasm for Italian wine & culture are a plus

Requirements include:

  • Minimum of 2 years in hospitality or guest services
