Job description

Position Snapshot:

Our front desk and host roles are crucial in creating positive first impressions for our guests. These positions require strong communication skills to guide guests through their retail, game rental, and dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver an exceptional guest experience through food, drinks, and games in a fun environment.
2. Greet guests enthusiastically, coordinate game rentals, merchandise sales, and handle phone inquiries.
3. Keep your supervisor informed of any significant issues and take corrective actions as needed.
4. Bid farewell to guests, ensuring their satisfaction and encouraging return visits.
5. Prepare for shifts by stocking supplies like menus, silverware, and game cards.
6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and host station.
7. Ensure menus and supplies are stocked and well-maintained.
8. Conduct inventory and discuss any issues with management.
9. Foster a positive working relationship with team members to promote a harmonious environment.
10. Notify management of any guest concerns or dissatisfaction.
11. Assist other team members and manage table flow by scouting, bussing, and cleaning tables.
12. Manage guest flow at the entrance, help with wait times, and communicate effectively with guests and team members.
13. Assist with billing, process transactions accurately, and handle 'To Go' orders.
14. Sell merchandise and maintain a friendly, professional appearance.
15. Communicate effectively in English, articulate greetings and farewells, and respond calmly to guest concerns.
16. Must be at least 16 years old.

Requirements:

Physical demands include working in a fast-paced environment, lifting up to 30 pounds, standing for long periods, and frequent reaching, bending, and stooping. Reasonable accommodations can be made for individuals with disabilities.

Salary Range: $10.70 - $13.50 per hour
