Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, warm, and welcoming manner and escort guests to tables
• Monitors guests’ needs and the flow of the restaurant and seats guests accordingly
• Delivers menus and kid packs when seating guests
• Performs restroom checks, answers phone, keeps lobby, bakery and retail areas clean
• Practices safe food and beverage handling
• Communicates with guests and handles crowds while they wait
• Handles cash and credit transactions accurately
• Assist in marketing, promotions and selling
• Clears, sanitizes, and sets tables
• Maintain dependability and teamwork
