Job summary

Hershey Lodge in Hershey, PA is seeking a Part-Time Team Member to assist restaurant management in guest service and satisfaction.

You will greet guests, manage seating, handle cash, and support opening/closing procedures; flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Greet guests and seat guests according to requests and server rotation.
• Opening and closing procedures, including cash control and settlement of guest charges.
• Coordinate reservations and seating, answer telephones, oversee service, safety, sanitation.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to operate POS and calculator.

Job Duties (Duties marked with an asterisk are essential functions of this job):

Qualifications:

Must be at least 16 years of age

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Ability to operate point-of-sale computer and calculator.

Proven employee/guest relations, communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.

Professional image representative of company image.

Ability to perform mathematical calculations and handle cash.

Job Demands:

Physical requirements include standing (up to 100% of shift), walking, bending, stooping, hearing, speaking and finger dexterity.

The ability to communicate effectively in a loud environment.

Ability to work a flexible eight-hour shift, breakfast, lunch, or dinner including weekends and holidays.
