Job summary

The Hotel Hershey, a luxury resort in Hershey, PA, seeks a Part-Time Team Member to greet and seat guests, coordinate reservations, and respond to inquiries in a courteous, professional manner. This role supports front-of-house operations in a refined resort setting.

Responsibilities include opening/closing procedures, cash handling, answering phones, and ensuring service quality with a professional image. Flexible eight-hour shifts may include weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age or older.
• Operate point-of-sale systems and calculators.
• Perform basic math and handle guest charges accurately.
• Provide strong guest relations, clear communication and organizational skills.
• Present a professional image representing The Hotel Hershey.

This position will greet and seat guests while coordinating guest reservations and responding to inquiries in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner.

Job Duties (Duties marked with an asterisk are essential functions of this job):
