This position requires the Hostess to greet guests at the door, seat them, and present clean menus in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner. The Host is also responsible for interacting with, entertaining, and providing exceptional service and hospitality to every Ojos Locos guest.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Adhere to all image and costume guidelines.
• Greet and seat guests, present menus, and inform them of specials and soups.
• Treat all guests to ensure their complete satisfaction, always striving to exceed expectations.
• Manage the waiting list and run the floor plan board.
• Observe tables, keeping track of clean, dirty, and occupied tables.
• Take guest information and quote wait times accurately when tables are unavailable.
• Clean, organize, and stock menus at the host area.
• Answer phone calls and respond to questions about the menu and restaurant.
• Interact with guests during their arrival and departure to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Prepare to-go orders if applicable.
• Maintain cleanliness of the foyer and front entrance area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
