Job summary

Food Fight is seeking a friendly hostess to welcome guests as they arrive at The Coopers Tavern in Madison, manage reservations or waiting lists, and guide guests to their seats. You will present menus and assist guests with questions about the restaurant and menu.

About Position:

The hostess or host is responsible for greeting customers as they enter a restaurant, taking their reservation or putting them on a waiting list, giving the guest(s) menus and showing them to their seat. The host may also handle phone calls and customer queries about the restaurant and menu and assist various restaurant staff when necessary.
