Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage reservations and create seating arrangements to ensure an efficient flow of guests.
• Escort guests to their tables and provide them with menus.
• Assist in coordinating with the waitstaff team to ensure timely service.
• Answer phone calls and provide information to guests regarding restaurant hours specials and promotions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the host area including keeping the reception area clean and tidy.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure accurate wait times and communicate any special requests or considerations.
• Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain knowledge of the restaurants offerings including menu items and daily specials.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.
