Job summary

PENN Entertainment is seeking a friendly and energetic guest service associate to join our team in Council Bluffs. You will greet guests, answer phones, coordinate reservations, and help guests with questions about menu items, pricing, and events, ensuring a memorable experience.

You will support servers and bussers, maintain a fast-paced service flow, and communicate clearly with guests and team members to uphold our high standards of hospitality and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent guest service skills; outgoing personality and demonstrate friendliness and enthusiasm.
• Able to communicate effectively to guests, team members, and leaders.
• Must be able to work at a fast pace with a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests utilizing established guest service guidelines
• Answer phone and coordinate reservations, special guest requests, and messages
• Respond to guest requests or place guest in contact with appropriate person for assistance
