Position is open until filled.

Responsibilities include:

1. Providing fast, friendly, professional customer service to restaurant guests and staff.
2. Operating a cash register/P.O.S. system, handling cash, charges, and complimentary sales accurately.
3. Familiarity with restaurant food menu, including descriptions, prices, and beverages.
4. Greeting and seating guests, coordinating restaurant flow, and assigning stations.
5. Supervising the restaurant in the absence of management.
6. Assisting wait staff and bus persons as needed.
7. Resolving service issues and maintaining dining area standards.
8. Promoting casino events and providing directions to guests.
9. Answering calls professionally.

Minimum requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience a plus.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate POS systems and perform basic math.
• Proficiency in English.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
