Position Overview

As a Host Cashier, you will greet guests, manage seating arrangements, operate the cash register, and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced casino environment. You will also promote casino events and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Responsibilities

1. Greet guests courteously and manage seating preferences and reservations.
2. Operate POS systems accurately and handle cash responsibly.
3. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all policies and procedures.
4. Promote casino events and provide directions to guests.
5. Ensure the dining and casino areas are well-maintained.
6. Respond professionally to telephone inquiries.

Qualifications

1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
2. Customer service experience preferred.
3. Cash handling experience a plus.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to operate POS systems and perform basic math.
6. Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.

Additional Information
