• Adheres to all departmental and property policies regarding guest service standards.
• Greets guests courteously, arranges seating per preferences and availability, and monitors the room atmosphere.
• Quotes accurate wait times and manages guest waiting lists or reservations according to procedures.
• Provides fast, friendly, professional customer service to guests and staff.
• Operates POS system, handles transactions accurately, and maintains financial integrity.
• Familiar with menu items, including descriptions, prices, and add-ons.
• Handles refunds or credit memorandums as directed.
• Coordinates restaurant flow and maintains setup standards.
• Knows current casino events and can direct guests accordingly.
• Answers phones professionally.
• Maintains confidentiality in all company matters.
