Responsibilities

• Greet every guest in a friendly manner as they enter the restaurant.
• Check the host podium setup at start/end of shift.
• Escort guests to requested/prearranged tables.
• Assist servers with resetting tables and guest requests.
• Answer the phone promptly with a cordial greeting.
• Relay messages and coordinate with team and vendors as needed.
• Manage reservations and seating to optimize guest flow.
• Ensure cleanliness and restock of bathrooms as needed.
