Job summary

R365hire is seeking a Host/Busser to welcome guests, seat them, and support the service team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will manage waitlists, greet guests, assist with reservations, and help with to-go orders when needed.

In this role, you will clear and reset tables, assist servers with delivering food, and help maintain a clean dining area and host stand. Training is provided; mornings, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety standards.
• Reliable and punctual; must be available to work mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required - willing to train the right candidate.

This dual role combines greeting and seating guests with supporting the service team through table resets, cleaning, and maintaining the flow of the restaurant.
