Job summary

Big Red Restaurant & Sports Bar in Omaha, NE, is seeking a friendly Host/Hostess for a high-volume, full-service venue. You will greet guests at the door, seat them, present menus, and help manage the waiting list to ensure a smooth dining flow.

Essential duties include maintaining a clean, organized entrance, communicating wait times accurately, and supporting the team with side work and carry-out as needed. Previous hospitality experience is a plus; reliable transportation is required.

Big Red Restaurant & Sports Bar, 8100 Cass Street, Omaha, NE, has an excellent opportunity for host/hostessin our high-volume, full-service restaurant and sports bar.

The Host/Hostess provides warm, friendly, and immediate greetings to our guests at the door. Seats, and presents clean menus to guests in a friendly, professional, and quick manner. The host is the first face our guests see and interact with.

Position Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Your smile is a must! The host creates the atmosphere for the entire flow of the restaurant.
• Greet and seat guests, present menus to guests and inform them of any feature menus.
• Treat guests in a manner to ensure their satisfaction.
