Early Girl Eatery is looking for a host who is passionate about Farm to Table, reliable, self-motivated, has a positive attitude, and likes working on a team in a fast-paced environment.

At Early Girl Eatery, we work hard and play hard! During the pandemic, we kept everyone at their preferred part-time or full-time work schedule, did scheduled performance reviews, and gave raises three times. We follow a predictive schedule - our schedules are posted at least two weeks out.

Position Summary

As a host, you will energetically greet guests as they enter the restaurant and promptly seat them at the appropriate table or add them to the waitlist and provide them with an accurate time estimate. You will maintain the waitlist in the proper fashion in order to seat as quickly as possible. You will maintain a clean, safe, sanitary work station. Hosts will also assist in bussing tables and running food and drinks. Hosts are responsible for all takeout orders (phone, online, and in-person). There are opening, closing, and running sidework duties, as well as any additional tasks/duties as assigned by management.
