Job summary

Johnny Carino's is seeking an energetic Host to welcome guests as they arrive and guide them to seating. You will assist with To-Go orders and maintain smooth front-of-house flow in a fast-paced setting.

The role emphasizes friendly service, accuracy in orders, and a positive guest experience. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected at this location in Oklahoma.

Qualifications

• Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• Restaurant experience a definite plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

• Manage the wait list: record guest names and number in party and provide estimated waiting time.
• Provide an exceptional To-Go experience for every Guest – from taking both phone and walk-in orders, ringing the orders in the Point of Sale system, packaging the items, cashing the guest out and ensuring all orders are on-time and accurate.
• Answer phones and manage the restaurant reservation system.
• Inspect tables for proper presentation and completeness.
• Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return.
