Twelve Restaurant & Bar is seeking friendly, energetic hosts to greet guests, manage reservations, and ensure smooth seating experiences in a fast-paced, upscale-casual setting.

Your role includes handling calls, taking to-go orders, and assisting servers to deliver food and beverages with a focus on hospitality and teamwork.

• Maintain a wait list to ensure a smooth first-come, first-served rotation.
• Clean and sanitize tables, booths, chairs & menus between seating.
• Assist servers and bartenders with delivery of food and beverages.
• Answer all incoming calls in a polite and helpful manner.
• Take to-go orders over the phone.
• Enter orders accurately in the POS system.
• Handle closing of tabs and cash management.
• Help customers locate the restaurant by phone or in person.
• Provide information about the menu and operations.
• Deliver to-go items to cars for curbside delivery.
• Help maintain overall restaurant cleanliness and sanitation.
• Support coworkers to set them up for success.
