Job Overview

Join Flynn Group as a Host at our Applebee’s restaurant. We are looking for friendly, energetic individuals to greet guests and assist servers.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at the door with a warm welcome and a smile.
• Assist servers in providing exceptional guest service.
• Maintain overall guest flow and seating organization.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Support housekeeping duties such as moving plates, glasses, and baskets.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Effective communication skills with guests and team members.
• Commitment to delivering friendly, reliable service.
• Ability to stand for up to four hours, lift 25 pounds, and perform basic mobility tasks.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules.

Physical Standards
