The Difference You Will Make

As a Host you are the first point of contact for guests and plays a key role in creating a welcoming, friendly, and organized dining experience. This position is responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations and waitlists, seating guests efficiently, and maintaining smooth communication between the front-of-house and back-of-house teams.

What You’ll Bring:
  • Warmly greet every guest upon arrival and departure.
  • Create a positive first impression by maintaining a friendly, professional, and polished demeanor.
  • Escort guests to their tables and provide menus or direct them to digital menu options.
  • Answer guest questions about the restaurant, menu, or wait times.
  • Manage reservations using the restaurant’s booking system.
  • Organize seating charts and assign tables to servers to maximize efficiency and balance workload.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required. At least one (1) year of related customer experience required.

Physical Demands:

Occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, crouching, and crawling; specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to focus.

Work Environment:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to a restaurant environment, including a kitchen area.

Location and Travel:

Position will be based in Nashville, TN, Brier Creek, NC, Pflugerville, TX or Columbus, OH with occasional travel to local stores.
