The Difference You Will Make

As a Host you are the first point of contact for guests and play a key role in creating a welcoming, friendly, and organized dining experience. This position is responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations and waitlists, seating guests efficiently, and maintaining smooth communication between the front-of-house and back-of-house teams.

What You’ll Bring

• Warmly greet every guest upon arrival and departure.
• Create a positive first impression by maintaining a friendly, professional, and polished demeanor.
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus or direct them to digital menu options.
• Answer guest questions about the restaurant, menu, or wait times.
• Manage reservations using the restaurant’s booking system.
• Organize seating charts and assign tables to servers to maximize efficiency and balance workload.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one (1) year of related customer experience required.

Position will be based in Nashville, TN; Brier Creek, NC; Pflugerville, TX; or Columbus, OH with occasional travel to local stores.
